देशभर में हाइवे पर शराबबंदी पर ‘खास रपट’ की श्रंखला में इस कदम से आबकारी राजस्व का घाटा, शराब और होटल व बारों से जुड़े लोगों के तर्क इसे एक संपूर्ण पठनीय आर्टिकल बनाती है। रपट में हरमन सिद्धू का इंटरव्यू भी छापा गया है। हरमन वह शख्स हैं जिसकी याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने यह आदेश जारी किया है। देश की सवोच्र्च न्यायालय के आदेश के बाद भी इससे जुड़े लोग कैसे इसे बचने के उपाए सोच रहे हैं यह इसमें बताया गया है।



जब से योगी सरकार ने उप्र की कमान संभाली है तब से वह लगातार सुर्खियों में बने हुए हैं। उप्र लोक सेवा आयोग में करीब 50,000 से अधिक भर्तियों पर रोक पर भी खास रपट छपी है। डेटा के आधार पर बताया गया है कि आयोग की परीक्षाओं से संबंधित कितनी याचिकाएं कोर्ट में लंबित हैं। कैसे सालों से अयोग्य लोग सीटें कब्जाए बैठे हैं। विवादों में रहीं भर्तियों का संपूर्ण विवरण इसमें दिया गया है।



वहीं जीमोन जैकब ने ‘हवाला 2.0’ के अंतर्गत पड़ताल कर यह बताने का भरपूर प्रयास किया है कि मकड़ी के जाल की तरह फैल चुके हवाला के कारोबार को खत्म करने के लिए महज नोटबंदी जैसे कदम नाकाफी हैं। रपट का फोकस केरल राज्य रहा जहां हवाला कारोबार समाज में स्वीकार है और अर्थव्यवस्था की री-सजय़ है। सख्ती के बाद भी इस कारोबार के फलने-ंउचयफूलने की क्या वजहों पर प्रकाश डाला गया है।



किताब सेक्शन में दो किताबों के बारे में विवरण दिया गया है। पहली है अरविंद मोहन की किताब ‘प्रयोग चंपारण’ जिसमें गांधीजी के चंपारण प्रवास के बारे में लिखा गया है। दूसरी किताब है ‘पैरेबल इंटरनेशनल इंग्लिश-ंउचयहिंदी डिक्शनरी’ जिसमें अंग्रेजी से हिंदी के शब्दों का सटीक अर्थ उच्चारण सहित दिया गया है।

School days are back again

Its July again, and the haphazard days for school days are back. Most of the inhabitants of our country are busy in preparing school schedule. So, tighten your school tie and belts, pull on your socks and get ready. Children are happy and why not, they’ll get to acquire new school stuff. List is on my friend. New designs school bags, new school dresses, fragrance of new books, sparkling shoes, colourful and more attractive lunch boxes than last year make them crazy while long list of syllabus books drive parents in tension as how their kid will cover up the giant syllabus. They often feel that the syllabus is unnecessarily laden on their adorable kids and that they are too small to bear the tension of learning and that of exams. But alas! no one can help them out as the wind is blowing like this.

Looking back, the entire vacation had gone in sharing vacations trip photographs on social networking sites and on other communicative mediums. That hit ‘like’ button made kids happy to their heart content and the ‘comment’ they use to get drive them wild. Yes! internet has changed our lives, dude, and we are even closer when apart. Thanks to the ushering in computer era.

The thought of meeting their schoolmates after around two months make them crazy. They often feel that how could they be apart for so long? The mere sentiment of school days makes them passionate to rejoin that magical place where their counterparts are ready to share their feelings. During school days, they were the best partners in their sports activities, and their studies cannot be completed without sharing notes, unlimited chats on phone calls and on internet used to complete their day. And how can we forget the most important aspect of school time, without whose reference our article cannot be completed. Yes! You got it right, its canteen area friends. The ringing of bell of recess time is the sign of enjoying that half-an-hour to the fullest. Exchange of Tiffin and gossips help students to lessen the tension of some bore lecture which they might gone through in the class.

Besides all these aspects, holiday’s homework is headache to talk about. How one has fair in it is the most discussed, but above all, how back-benchers can complete it is the issue to focus. Well! In this work, studious and meritorious students are the only way out.

New teachers on the school are also topic to be discussed. Their way of teaching, behaving, dress sense, way of talking every single thing helps to build their image in the students. At last when the day comes to rejoin the schools after two months break, their heart fills with joy. The school building ahead of new session welcomes them with the all new paint on the walls, clean and well-maintained garden attract them to play, new books in the library invites them to read at least once. You never know that the new teachers and new classmates can become their favourites. The life of school is full of emotions, laughter meeting new people, making career prospects and most important building oneself into a sensible and responsible person. Every new session of the school is build to focus on the complete development of the child. Follow it and achieve life’s goal. All the best.

Why Yogi Adityanath is in hurry?

    योगी आदित्यनाथ जब से उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री बने हैं उन्होंने कई बड़े फैसले लिए हैं, ये फैसले उनके लिए कितनी चुनौतियां लेकर आएंगे इसी पर बेस था इंडिया न्यूज पर टेलीकास्ट होने वाला प्रोग्राम ’अध्र्यसत्य’। प्रोग्राम के एंकर राणा यशवंत ने मुख्यमंत्री जी के पिछले पंद्रह दिनों को बहुत ही करीब से आॅब्जर्व करके इसकी स्क्रीप्ट लिखी। सटीक टिप्पणियों और क्लीपिंग्स से यह बताया गया कि कैसे मुख्यमंत्री योगी हमारे प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के पदचिन्हों पर चलकर प्रदेश को बदलने की कोशिश में जुटे हैं। योगी और मोदी जी के भाषणों को तुलनात्मक अध्ययन के आधार पर दोनों के विचारों के मेल को दर्शाया गया। बताया गया कि कैसे योगी आदित्यनाथ अपने भाषणों में किए गए वायदों को अमलीजामा पहना रहे हैं। उन्होंने अपनी कट्टर छवि को लेकर अवैध बूचड़खाने बंद करवाए और बालिकाओं की सुरक्षा के लिए एंटी-ंउचयरोमियो स्क्वायड बनाया। साथ ही अधिकारियों को भी यह कहकर दो किलोमीटर पैदल गश्त लगाने के आदेश दिए कि 18 से 20 घंटे काम करें नहीं तो अपनी राह देख लें। इसके पीछे कानून व्यवस्था को जल्द से जल्द सुधराने की सोच है। एक क्लीपिंग में रात में पुलिस अधिकारियों की सड़कों पर गश्त से लोग भी हैरान दिखाई दिए। लेकिन यह योगी इफैक्ट ही है, जो उत्तर प्रदेश में एक बेहतर माहौल बनाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं।

अपनी दमदार आवाज में राणा ने यह बताया कि सरकारी दफतरों में बायोमैटिक मशीन लगाने से लेकर फाइलों का तुरंत निपटारा, साफ-ंउचयसफाई पर जोर और कानून व्यवस्था को सुधारने के पीछे 22 करोड़ जनता के जीवन को सुधारने की कोशिश में योगी लगे हैं। लेकिन प्रोग्राम में दिखाया गया कि इस बीच योगी जी के पास कई चुनौतियां भी हैं। 55 लाख किसानों के हजारों-ंउचयलाखों करोड़ रूपए की कर्ज माफी आसान नहीं है। साथ ही बोर्ड परीक्षा में नकल पर नकेल कसना टेड़ी खीर होगी। जिस प्रदेश में खुलेआम और ग्रुप्स मंे नकल होती हो, जहां टीचर तक नकल में संलिप्त हों, वहां यह काम आसान नहीं। गो तस्करी पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध यह कुछ चुनौतियां योगी के सामने हैं। जहां योगी जी अपने प्रदेश को उत्तम प्रदेश बनाने में जुटे हैं, अधिकारियों को निर्देश दे रहे हैं, वहीं भाजपा के कुछ विधायक उनकी इस मुहीम को पलीता लगाने में लगे हैं। इलाहबाद के विधायक नंद गोपाल गुप्ता ने सैकड़ों गाड़ियों के काफिले के साथ अपने गृह नगर में सत्ता की ताकत दिखाई। पुलिस ने एंटी-ंउचयरोमियो कैंपेन के चलते कुछ बेकसूर लोगों को अपना शिकार बनाया, इन सब पर योगी जी को ध्यान देना होगा। उत्तर प्रदेश की बागडोर संभालने के लिए योगी जी को सभी को साथ लेकर चलना होगा। उनके ताबड़तोड़ लिए हुए फैसलों से तो यह लगता है कि वह जल्दबाजी में हैं क्योंकि उनके पास समय कम है, उनको 2019 के आम चुनावों के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश में ऐसी जमीन तैयार करनी होगी जससे आम जनता उनकी और भारतीय जनता पार्टी की मुरीद हो जाए।
