धरती के स्वर्ग का अस्तित्व खतरे में

ग्लोबल वार्मिंग ने दुनिया के हर हिस्से को प्रभावित किया है. हमारा देश भारत भी इससे अछूता नहीं रहा है.  धरती पर स्वर्ग कहा जाने वाला कश्मीर भी इसकी जद में आ गया है. कश्मीर घाटी में मौजूद अल्पाइन के जंगल खत्म होने के कगार पर हैं जिसकी वजह से क्षोभ मंडल भी धीरे-धीरे खत्म हो रहा है. इसका सीधा असर घाटी में स्थित छोटी बड़ी सभी प्रकार की नदियों और झीलों पर पड़ रहा है. श्रीनगर में ६० छोटी-बड़ी जल धाराएं हैं. यह भी धीरे-धीरे ख़त्म रहीं हैं. वुल्हर झील भारत में मीठे पानी की सबसे बड़ी झील है. लेकिन इसकी स्थिति भी बिगड़ गयी है. झील के ८० प्रतिशत छेत्र पर कब्ज़ा हो चुका है. वहीँ, ढल झील भी बीमार है. उसे भी जलवायु परिवर्तन ने अपनी गिरफ्त में ले लिया है. हमें अगर अपना अस्तित्व बचाना है तो इन जल धाराओं को बचाना ही पड़ेगा.२०१४ में घाटी में आयी बाढ़ ने बहुत कुछ तबाह कर दिया. जितना बच गया वह हमारी झीलों की वजह से. अगर वुल्हर झील नहीं होती तो आज वहां  कुछ नहीं होता. वुलर झील मौसम के अनुसार अपने छेत्रफल में बदलाव करती रहती है. यह ३० वर्ग किलोमीटर से २६० किलोमीटर तक अपने आकार को बदल लेती है. इसलिए अभी भी समय है सचेत हो जाएँ, हमें अपना जीवन बचाने के लिए जल धाराओं को बचाना ही होगा.
पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र के बिगड़ जाने से इस इलाके की जलवायु में भी बदलाव देखा जा रहा है. पिछले कुछ सालों से बर्फ गिरने के समय में परिवर्तन देखने को मिल रहा है. आज से करीब २५ साल पहले बर्फ अक्टूबर से मार्च तक गिरती थी और इसका घनत्व दो से चार फ़ीट तक हुआ करता था, लेकिन अब ऐसा देखने को नहीं मिलता. 2017 में अप्रैल माह में बर्फ गिरी और पिछले कुछ समय से ऐसा ही हो रहा है इससे घाटी में फसलों की बोवाई पर भी गहरा असर पड़ा है. यहां की मशहूर पैदावार केसर, पीच और चेरी की फसल को बहुत नुक्सान हो रहा है. घाटी के पम्पोर इलाके में दुनिया की उत्तम किस्म की केसर उगाई जाती है, माना जाता है कि यहाँ की केसर में  ७० प्रतिशत लेनिलोल पाया जाता है, वहीँ दूसरे देशों  की केसर में यह 50 प्रतिशत ही होता है. यही वजह है कि यहाँ की केसर को सर्वोत्तम माना जाता है. लेकिन इस जलवायु परिवर्तन की वजह से केसर की उपज भी आधी रह गयी है. एक समय केसर का किसान तीन से चार किलो केसर उगा लेता था और उसे एक किलो पर दो से तीन लाख रूपए मिल जाया करते थे, लेकिन अब उन्हें इसकी आधी कीमत पर ही संतुष्ट होना पड़ रहा है क्योंकि उपज ही आधी रह गयी है. यही हाल चेरी, पीच और सेब का भी है, इनमें जब फूल निकलता है तो बर्फ गिर जाती है और फसल को खराब कर देती है. पिछले पांच-सात साल से यही हो है. अब तो हालात यह हो गए हैं कि एक  समय इन किस्म की उपज की खेती से लाखों कमाने वाला किसान नरेगा योजना से अपना जीवन यापन करने को मजबूर है. ऐसी नौबत आने की वजह भी है. केसर एक ऐसा पौधा है जो कृतिम सिंचाई से नहीं उग सकता. मतलब उगने के लिए उसे सिर्फ बारिश की सींचाई ही चाहिए. पिछले आठ-नौ साल से समय पर बारिश ही नहीं हो रही है, जिस वजह से इसकी उपज कम होती जा रही है.
यह हमें समझना होगा कि फसलें खत्म होने की वजह से घाटी की अर्थव्यवस्था भी ख़त्म हो जाएगी क्योंकि यहाँ की करीब ९५ प्रतिशत आबादी जल धाराओं से सम्बद्ध काम पर ही निर्भर है. जल धाराओं के ख़त्म होने के साथ ही ग्लेशियर्स का तेजी से पिघलना भी खतरे की ओर संकेत है. २०१४ में बाढ़ ने तबाही मचाई, २०१५  में बहुत ज्यादा बारिश हुई और २०१६ में बिलकुल बारिश नहीं हुई. इन्ही कारणों की वजह से घाटी में समय रहते कदम उठाने की ज़रूरत है. नहीं तो हम इस धरती पर स्वर्ग कहे जाने वाले कश्मीर को सिर्फ किताबों में ही पढ़ेंगे.

दिल्ली एनसीआर में हवा की खतरनाक स्तिथि ने लोगों का जीना दुश्वार कर दिया है. पिछले कुछ  साल से ठण्ड के मौसम के शुरू होते ही ऐसी स्तिथि उत्पन्न हो रही है. लोग भेड़चाल में काम की तलाश में दिल्ली एनसीआर का रुख कर रहे हैं. तरक्की किसको अच्छी नहीं लगती, लेकिन अपने स्वास्थ्य की बाजी लगाना कहाँ तक सही है.

दिल्ली एनसीआर में इस कदर हवा में जहर घुल चूका है कि अब उसकी तुलना गैस चैम्बर से की जा रही है. इसकी तीव्रता इसी बात से लगाई जा सकती है कि स्कूलों को बंद कर दिया गया है, लोगों की ज्यादा से ज्यादा घर में ही रहने की सलाह दी जा रही है. घर से ही ऑफिस का काम करवाया जा रहा है. लेकिन हवा में घुले ज़हर से खुद को बचाने के लिए एक और दायरा बना लेना कोई हल नहीं हो सकता.

 यही नहीं दिल्ली में कुछ समय पहले तक स्वस्थ्य रहने के लिए सुबह की सैर के सलाह दी जाती थी लेकिन अब उसके विपरीत दिन में सूरज के चमकने के बाद ही बाहर निकलने की सलाह दी जा रही है. कुदरत के विपरीत यह  स्तिथि पैदा करने वाला खुद इंसान ही है. अंधाधुंध चीज़ों का उपयोग, जंगलों की कटाई, कल कारखानों का का धुंआ  इसके मुख्य कारणों में से एक है. कचरे का सही से निस्तारण नहीं होना, कचरा जलाना, वाहनों का प्रदूषण भी वजह हैं. यही नहीं दिल्ली का खत्ताघर तो जलता ही रहता है. ऐसे में आप शुद्ध हवा की कैसे अपेक्षा कर सकते हैं. हर साल तेजी से बढ़ते वाहनों पैर लगाम लगाना ज़रूरी है.

ऐसा  नहीं है कि स्तिथि को बेहतर करने के लिए काम नहीं हुए. काम हुए और हो भी रहे हैं, लेकिन यह काफी नहीं हैं. पिछले बीस सालों में कोयले से चलने वाले कल कारखाने हटाए गए, सीएनजी आधारित वाहन भी सड़को पर दौड़ रहे हैं. लगातार पेड़ पौधे भी रोपे जा रहें हैं. यहाँ तक तो सब ठीक है लेकिन परेशानी खडी होती है इन रोपे गए पौधों की देखभाल को लेकर. लोग पेड़ लगाने और लगवाने आ तो जाते हैं लेकिन फिर कोई इनकी सुध नहीं लेता, नतीजतन वे सुखकर मर जाते हैं. इसलिए निश्चित तौर  युद्ध स्तर पर कदम उठाने की ज़रूरत है.

जहरीली हवा का एक कारण है खेत में फसल के कटान के बाद बचे अवशेषों को जलाना. बार बार चेतावनी के बाद भी खेत को जलाने से सबसे ज़यादा प्रदूषण हो रहा है. लेकिन किसान भी क्या करे, उसके पास दूसरा कोई विकल्प ही नहीं है. फसल कटने के बाद खेत को नयी फसल के लिए तैयार करने के लिए अवशेषों को जलाना ही सबसे आसान और सस्ता तरीका है. इसके लिए बाजार में मिलने वाली मशीने तो लाखों की आती हैं, वो एक साधारण किसान कैसे खरीद सकता है, इस पर सरकार को संज्ञान लेना चाहिए.

जरा सोचिये, इतनी तरक्की करने के बाद भी हम अपनी आने वाली पीढ़ी को स्वस्थ्य वातावरण नहीं दे पाए तो क्या फायदा. हाल ही  में विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन ने रिपोर्ट जारी कर बताया है कि दिल्ली में अगर हवा की यही  स्तिथि बनी रही तो बच्चों को  दिल की बीमारी जैसा गंभीर रोग हो सकता है. सोचिये, हम आने वाली पीढ़ी को क्या देकर जा रहे हैं, जहरीली हवा की वजह से वे बहार नहीं जा सकते, खेल नहीं सकते, प्रकृति को करीब से नहीं देख सकते, उसे  महसूस नहीं कर सकते. हम कब तक बच्चों और खुद को घर की चहारदीवारी में कैद कर जहरीली हवा से बचा पायेंगें और अपनी की गयी तरक्की पैर मिया मिट्ठू बनते रहेंगे.  महज घर में एयर प्यूरिफायर क्या हमें ताउम्र निरोगी रखने की गारंटी दे सकतें हैं? निश्चित तौर पर युद्ध स्तर पर कदम उठाने की ज़रूरत है, सरकारी स्तर पर भी और निजी स्तर पर भी.

Most of the countries of this world are blessed with natural beauties. Our country is one of them. With a changeable climatic zone, India has the most vivid natural treasures of the world. From Kashmir to Kanya Kumari and from Kutchh to North-East, India is blessed with architectural surprises with vast species of fauna and flora. Since India's culture gets changed with every state and dialect with some kilometers, the country is a surprise for people around the world. To explore India, people travel to this pot of unique culture and natural beauty from ages. From Huang Tsang to Vasco de Gama, people have been travelling to this land for its vividity. As Indians believe in "Atithi devo bhava" meaning guest is God, we are the best to host around the world, travellers are treated with immense love and services. To explore more in the travel and tourism industry, the Government of India is celebrating 'Paryatan Parv' from 5-25th October 2017. The objective of the program is to draw focus on the benefits of tourism, showcase the cultural diversity of the country and reinforce the principle of "Tourism for All".
Several programs are being organised for the awareness of tourism. Cultural programs, exhibitions showcasing handlooms, handicrafts, and cuisine, artisans workshops at different locations, competitions for students, sensitisation programs for tourism service providers, yoga demonstrations, etc. are being organised.
Tourism is associated with each and every person. 10-20% of India's GDP is dependent on tourism sector. It generates about 12-13% of employment. It is interesting to share that one hotel gives employment to 4 people. It generates a sustainable economy. UN declares 2017 as the International year of sustainable tourism.
This time, the emphasis is on to develop up local tourism to generate employment for youth. Here, the industry also needs youth who are capable of thinking out of the box and could come up with innovative ideas. There are vast avenues in tourism. To make most from tourism public-private sector needs to be work along. In this fast-changing world, digital and start-up India can make a big difference in the field of tourism.

                                      School days are back again

It's July again, and the haphazard days for school days are back. Most of the inhabitants of our country are busy preparing the school schedule of their ward. So, tighten your school ties and belts, pull on your socks and get ready. Children are happy and why not, they’ll get to acquire all the new school stuff. The list is on my friend. New designs school bags, new school dresses, the fragrance of new books, sparkling shoes, colorful and more attractive lunch boxes than last year make them crazy while a long list of syllabus books drive parents in tension as to how their kid will cover up the giant syllabus. They often feel that the syllabus is unnecessarily laden on their adorable kids and that they are too small to bear the tension of learning and that of exams. But alas! no one can help them out as the wind is blowing like this.

Looking back, the entire vacation had gone in sharing vacations trip photographs on social networking sites and on other communicative mediums. That hit ‘like’ button made kids happy to their heart content and the ‘comment’ they use to get drive them wild. Yes! The Internet has changed our lives, dude, and we are even closer when apart. Thanks to the ushering in the computer era.

The thought of meeting their schoolmates after around two months makes them crazy. They often feel that how could they be apart for so long? The mere sentiment of school days makes them passionate to rejoin that magical place where their counterparts are ready to share their feelings. During school days, they were the best partners in their sports activities, and their studies cannot be completed without sharing notes, unlimited chats on phone calls and on the internet used to complete their day. And how can we forget the most important aspect of school time, without whose reference our article cannot be completed? Yes! You got it right, its canteen area friends. The ringing of the bell of recess time is the sign of enjoying that half-an-hour to the fullest. Exchange of tiffin and gossips help students to lessen the tension of some bore lectures which they have gone through in the class.

Besides all these aspects, the holiday’s homework is a headache to talk about. How one has successfully completed the target is the most discussed, but above all, how back-benchers can complete it is the issue to focus on. Well! In this work, studious and meritorious students are the only way out.

New teachers on the school are also topic to be discussed. Their way of teaching, behaving, dressing sense, way of talking and every single gesture helps to build their image among the students. At last, when the day comes to rejoin the schools after two months break, their heart fills with joy. The school building ahead of the new session welcomes them with all new paint on the walls, a clean and well-maintained garden attracts them to play, new books in the library invites them to read at least once. You never know that the new teachers and new classmates can become their favorites. The life of the school is full of emotions, laughter, meeting new people, making career prospects and most important building oneself into a sensible and responsible person. Every new session of the school is built to focus on the complete development of the child. Follow it and achieve life’s goal. All the best!

वहीं जीमोन जैकब ने ‘हवाला 2.0’ के अंतर्गत पड़ताल कर यह बताने का भरपूर प्रयास किया है कि मकड़ी के जाल की तरह फैल चुके हवाला के कारोबार को खत्म करने के लिए महज नोटबंदी जैसे कदम नाकाफी हैं। रपट का फोकस केरल राज्य रहा जहां हवाला कारोबार समाज में स्वीकार है और अर्थव्यवस्था की री-सजय़ है। सख्ती के बाद भी इस कारोबार के फलने-ंउचयफूलने की क्या वजहों पर प्रकाश डाला गया है।
